It’s a nerf for sure. 100->50 is a huge downgrade and that pretty much outweighs the whole update. The dismiss being faster isn’t really a buff as the dismiss timer was also nerfed, making this realistically a bit of a buff when ulted. Reyna ult being perm now is a buff but IMO that health update is a super big nerf.

It's an adjustment, Reyna dismiss is faster but it travels the same distance as the old one, the only thing now is that it's faster and you can jump gaps you can't before. Reyna's heal is now only 50 but it stays permanently. And Reyna's X ability lasts until you die.
